|Recommended: YesSo far so good. — i must say that its a really nice quiet area to live in. the people are really friendly and there really respectful. the only issue is the garbage is always over packed. but the apartments are kept very clean.

|Recommended: YesWould Recommend this place to anyone — When I moved in 3 Years ago the Management staff SUCKED they were rude and never got anything done. and we had Ants and issues all the time, BUT and it is a BIG BUT a bout a year in we got a whole new management company and they have been amazing They hired an amazing manager who is helpful and understanding Latosha along with her office staff, they have an amazing maintenance team that helped with the Ant issue and fix the issues that we had.
I can honestly say that they turned this place around
I only marked down parking because sometimes it is hard to find a place if you have more then one driver in the house but there was always a spot somewhere on site, and the Construction Quality, because of the ants and in my opinion the kitchen is to small... lol I don't give perfect scores

|Recommended: YesI wasn't the happiest at my other apartment, but my boyfriend I love it here and believe we could stay for awhile. — The office staff is amazing, Latasha helped my boyfriend and I move during covid-19 and it was the smoothest process. Her communication and follow up was perfect and couldn't have asked for a better first apartment for my boyfriend and I.

|Recommended: NoDecent property, clean, and close to stores — Its ok living here, Fred Myers is across the street along with a few other shops, the freeway is about 2 mins away which is very convenient. Most neighbors are friendly the people that leave off the property to smoke become close. My moms car was broken into and a few cars had there tires slashed and they still havent put up security cameras.
